Despite the existential panic of immortality coming to a finite end, I couldn't help finding the game super cozy. The game had a great cast of characters and the humor had me laughing a lot. I also loved all the tv ads XD.
The isometric graphics were also an impressive feat. Really gave the sense of 3D depth.

It's a very good game, a quite good idea with the different paths, the different tasks, and the different endings. Could you please tell us how to get Ending 2?
To get Ending 2, choose to help Lieb (the mushroom being). Then, when you go outside, exit the map through the bottom, below the rocks. You'll meet a new character. Talk to them, and at the end of the game, you can choose to go outside to have tea with them.

I get that feeling of trying to internalize something as you write it. I'm writing a story right now where I'm trying to do the same thing!
